Zoning Board continues ADU variance hearing to March

FRANKLIN — The Franklin Zoning Board of Appeals approved meeting minutes and continued a variance hearing. Chair Ginelle Lang presided over the remote session with all five board members present. The board unanimously approved minutes from December 23 and January 22.
Applicants Timothy and Jenny McGee requested and won continuance of their hearing on an attached ADU with garage seeking relief from the 40-foot right-side yard setback requirement; the case resumes March 5, 2026, at 7:40 PM.
