FRANKLIN — Zoning Board of Appeals heard three cases on May 14 without recording formal votes or decisions in official minutes. Benjamin and Mona Kilbanoff sought a variance to eliminate a required swimming pool fence at 137 Mastro Drive. John P.

Cambareri appealed the zoning code regarding a pergola to house solar panels at 54 Conlyn Avenue. Jessi Fanuele and Paula Carney applied for a Special Permit for an eight-foot by eight-foot attached addition at 680 Pleasant Street, which would increase the building's non-conforming status.
