FRANKLIN — Charles River Pollution Control District approves $382,626 warrant, citing March non-compliance. The board unanimously backed Warrant 26-10 comprising $376,928.12 in operations and maintenance and $5,698.50 in capital costs, with Chairman David C. Formato presiding.
