Planning Board continues two subdivisions, endorses Forge Parkway, reviews Uncas Avenue Extension progress.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 12, 2026

FRANKLIN — Planning Board continues two subdivisions while raising roadway concerns on a third project. The board unanimously continued the Donovan Estates definitive subdivision at 47 Partridge Street and the Tanglewood Estates II private subdivision at Symphony Drive, both to February 9, with the latter drawing public comment on stormwater and trail access after applicant Cypress Real Estate Development presented a two-lot plan. The board endorsed Lot 2 Forge Parkway and voted 4-0-1 to release only the first three completed buildings of Uncas Avenue Extension's 27-unit project, with Chair Gregory Rondeau directing Town Engineer Michael Maglio and peer reviewer BETA to deliver an updated bond estimate and completion schedule within one month before the remaining lots are released.
