Planning Board approves two land-division plans, continues three subdivision cases.

Planning Board · Meeting of April 6, 2026

FRANKLIN — Planning Board approves two land-division applications and continues three subdivision cases. The board unanimously cleared ANR applications for 15 Rolling Ridge and 20 Veterans Memorial Drive, both minor lot adjustments requiring no road extension. The Olam Estates modification, which sought a fifth buildable lot and drainage easement at 900 Washington Street, was continued to May 11 pending Zoning Board of Appeals review; Chair Gregory Rondeau and members Jay Mello and Christopher Stickney favored keeping stormwater infrastructure on a separate lot per town regulations.

Tanglewood Estates II on Symphony Drive was held to April 27, with approval pending Conservation Commission sign-off and Town Council review of homeowners' association stormwater maintenance language. Grillo Estates and Donovan Estates were moved to April 27 and remain in Conservation Commission review.
