Franklin Planning Board approves parcel swap for 78-79 Populatic Street. The board unanimously approved a 81-P ANR for Bright Ideas by JRP LLC to relocate an existing driveway by swapping non-buildable parcels of equal area. Three definitive subdivisions, 70 Daniels Street, 47 Partridge Street, and Symphony Drive, were continued to March 23 pending Conservation Commission approval, Town Council sewer map amendments, and resolution of geotechnical and stormwater concerns.
Chair Rondeau requested applicants on the Symphony Drive project meet with Town Engineer Michael Maglio and BETA Group to address significant grading, blasting, and downstream flooding risks before resubmission.
