Library Board approves March 3 survey launch, reviews FY27 budget.

Franklin Library Board greenlights patron satisfaction survey launch. Director Felicia Oti reported the FY27 budget maintains level service with no cuts, pending an April 6th Finance Committee review. The board unanimously approved releasing the satisfaction survey on March 3rd and will synthesize staff vision results by the next meeting to guide strategic planning.

New Assistant Youth Services Librarian Kaitlyn Wilber joined staff January 26th; the upcoming Town Wide Read will be "Year of the Water Horse," a memoir by Janice Page.
