FRANKLIN — Housing Authority approves management agreement for Norfolk, tables staff bonus. The Franklin board voted unanimously to accept the management agreement and amended an on-call policy, while deferring a staff bonus decision to its February 9 meeting pending fee accountant review. Chairman George A.

Danello's board approved December 2025 accounts payable of $205,696.97. The Authority maintains 26,888 applicants on its waiting list, with Norfolk's laundry room project now 100 percent complete and two new maintenance staff members recently hired.
