Franklin Housing Authority approves $183,214 in combined February spending and write-offs. Chairman George A. Danello led the board through unanimous votes on accounts payable of $175,236.13, Capital One charges of $977.63, and delinquent rent write-offs of $7,668.66.
Executive Director Nayda Sanchez DeJesus reported the waiting list now stands at 27,055 applicants, with 546 classified as local, and noted two current vacancies. Three board members will attend Governor Healey's April 15 meet-and-greet in Franklin.
