FRANKLIN — Historical Commission approves archivist funding for storage and exhibits. The nine-member commission unanimously allocated $600 from budget for Archivist Rowan Lowell to order storage boxes, and unanimously awarded the Mary Olsson for Historical Preservation to Habitat for Humanity for its May 30th open house event. Chair Alan Earls and Lowell are developing a first responders exhibit in the Museum, while a Sons of Italy display opened April 9th.
Treasurer Phyllis Malcolm reported $1,779.60 in the account.
