Franklin ZBA approved a pool permit with infiltration mitigation at Longfellow Drive. Denis and Antonia Hogan sought relief from the town's 15 percent impervious coverage limit; their proposed 12-by-26-foot pool would have pushed the property to 19.58 percent coverage. An engineer-stamped infiltration system brought the total down to 13.01 percent.
Chair Ginelle M. Lang, Vice Chair Jennifer Williams, and Clerk Isabella Carter voted 3-0 to approve the permit, requiring photographs of the installed system before occupancy.
