Franklin Publishes August Newsletter Ahead of Busy September Meeting Calendar
FRANKLIN — The Town of Franklin posted the August 2026 edition of its Franklin First newsletter this week, rounding up department updates as residents look toward a stretch of six municipal board and committee meetings over the next two weeks.
