Franklin Planning Board approves J. Victor Lane road acceptance, holds $1,000 bond.

Franklin Planning Board unanimously approves J. Victor Lane road acceptance. The board voted 5-0 to recommend the roadway to the Town Council while retaining $1,000 of the $18,969 bond pending Registry of Deeds filing, with Town Engineer Michael Maglio and BETA Group confirming all stormwater and construction work complete.
The board also unanimously extended a two-year certificate of vote for the 55 Constitution Boulevard warehouse site plan and continued three subdivision hearings, Donovan Estates at 47 Partridge Street to February 23, Tanglewood Estates II on Symphony Drive to February 23, and Grillo Estates at 70 Daniels Street to March 9, all to address stormwater maintenance, drainage details, curbing standards, and sight-distance concerns.
