Franklin Housing Authority approves routine March finances and reschedules June meeting. The board unanimously approved accounts payable totaling $164,774.74 and Capital One charges of $2,219.27 for March 2026, along with the fiscal year 2027 budget review and wage match certifications. Executive Director Nayda Sanchez DeJesus reported 27,067 applicants on the housing waiting list, with 537 local applicants.

The board requested insurance review for equipment coverage and directed Michelle Randazzo to evaluate a Safety Consultation Service from the Worcester Housing Authority.
