Franklin Housing Authority Approves $150,000 Reserve Transfer and Staff Bonuses

Franklin Housing Authority unanimously approves $150,000 reserve transfer and $3,750 staff bonuses. Chairman George A. Danello led the board in voting to authorize the reserve transfer, with additional $100,000 planned for June or July, and to approve $750 bonuses for five staff members.
The board also unanimously accepted new rental rates for five houses--including increases for one-bedroom and three-bedroom units--approved the Massachusetts State-Aided Property Insurance Program, and cleared Certificate of Substantial Completion and Certificate of Final Completion for the 101164 Water Lines project. The waiting list includes 26,850 applicants, with 518 local residents.
