Franklin Fire Department Promotes Mike Berthiaume to Captain

FRANKLIN — The Franklin Fire Department has promoted Mike Berthiaume to captain, the town announced this week, while residents also got word that early voting for the State primary opens Saturday at the Town Clerk's Office.

Separately, the town reminded registered voters that early in-person voting for the State primary runs from August 22 through August 28 at the Town Clerk's Office. Residents who want to avoid primary-day lines can cast ballots there during that window.
