Franklin Commission on Disability introduces three new members, plans June event. Chair Alison Rheaume welcomed new members John Lynch, Steve Papsis, and Julie McCann at the June 4 meeting with eight of nine members present. The commission finalized Strawberry Stroll logistics at Emmons and Main Streets, designating the Rockland Trust lot and Dean College area for handicap parking, with Emmons Street dedicated as accessible parking.

Members will validate accessibility concerns raised by attendees and note issues for future meetings. Officer elections will occur at the July 2 meeting, with the current fiscal year budget exhausted and $1,000 available in July.
