Franklin Finance Committee elected new leadership September 23. Ryan Lavorgna was elected Chair, Jennifer D'Angelo Vice Chair, and Tom Sullivan Clerk, with D'Angelo elected after Sullivan's initial bid for Vice Chair deadlocked 4-4. The committee welcomed newly appointed Deputy Town Administrator Michelle Monsegur, arriving from Hingham after eleven years as Deputy TA and Finance Director; Monsegur will assume responsibilities from Town Administrator Jamie Hellen, who is stepping back from regular committee attendance.
Fiscal policy votes are scheduled for October 21.
