FRANKLIN — The Franklin Commission on Disability approved prior minutes and moved forward on resource documentation and accessibility planning. Chairperson Alison Rheaume led five members through discussions of the Strawberry Stroll event, a "Resource Document" consolidating disability services and contacts, and an "Accessibility in Franklin" survey project. The commission voted unanimously to assign clerk duties to Randy Jay for the February 5, 2026 meeting due to Clerk Kelly Quinlan's absence.
Members also reflected on recent positive participation in the Senior Center Tree event and noted unresolved noncompliance with MBTA handicapped parking regulations requiring follow-up.
