FRANKLIN — Design Review Commission approves three sign packages. Franklin Lighting Center at 317 Union Street will install new aluminum panels; CVS Pharmacy at 272 East Central Street will reduce letter height from 36 to 33 inches as part of facade and pylon refacing; C4 Garage Doors at 247 East Central Street received approval for a 20-by-13-inch sign. All three votes were unanimous.
Chair Sam Williams noted the multi-tenant C4 building may exceed overall signage capacity.
