FRANKLIN — Design Review Commission approves three Franklin retail sign packages. Chair Sam Williams, Derek Darvish, and Kyle Galvin unanimously approved sign updates for Franklin Lighting Center, CVS Pharmacy, and C4 Garage Doors on May 19. CVS's signage refresh reduces letter height from 36 inches to 33 inches and eliminates photo and directional signs as part of the retailer's brand-logo update.
Chair Williams approved the applicant's reasonably sized C4 Garage Doors request but flagged broader capacity concerns with the multi-tenant building at 247 East Central Street.
