FRANKLIN — Design Review Commission approves six sign packages for businesses; considers first submission fees. Vice Chair Andrew Pratt and members Derek Darvish, Kyle Galvin, and Associate Priya Natarajan unanimously approved sign packages for Orange Theory, Mavi Zunto Beauty Studio, Five Guys, Mathnasium, Citgo, and Shell in six separate 4-0 votes. Director of Planning and Community Development Morena Zelaya announced that staff will recommend to the Town Council in mid-May a new $75 or $100 submission fee for Design Review applications, marking the first time the commission will charge fees.
A CVS Pharmacy application was tabled due to applicant absence.
