FRANKLIN — Design Review Commission approves signage for four commercial sites. Chair Sam Williams and the Commission unanimously approved sign packages for Ola Salon, Franklin Extended Stay Hotel, and Intermission. They conditionally approved Plansee's application provided the larger front façade logo is reduced to 74 square feet.
For BJ's Wholesale, the Commission partially approved the application by approving tire, service, propane, and gas signage and the monument sign, but rejected building façade signs exceeding the town's bylaw size limit, requiring variance review.
