FRANKLIN — Design Review Commission approves façade modifications for 110 East Central Street development. Owner Brad Chaffee won unanimous approval to increase vertical trim dimensions from 4 inches to 10 inches on the front façade, a change he characterized as adding visual character without altering approved colors or other design elements. The Commission also unanimously approved a signage package for Stretch Med at 287 East Central Street in Horace Mann Plaza, featuring internally LED-lit channel letters and opaque white pylon panels, and voted unanimously to schedule an additional March 31 meeting in person to brainstorm design review bylaw revisions with input from the Historical Commission and MAPC.
