Franklin Council on Aging shifts regular meetings to Wednesday 11 a.m. Vice Chair Phyllis Malcolm presided in the absence of Chair Lyn O'Brien, with eight members present and the time-change motion passing unanimously. Director Sarah Amaral reported receipt of a $21,725.73 estate donation from Robert Catalano and outlined FY 2027 budget priorities--walk-in freezer, dishwasher, security cameras, and panic buttons--noting that staff restructuring will be announced publicly February 7.
