FRANKLIN — Conservation Commission continues four NOI hearings to March 26 for additional details. Chair Mark LePage and five members continued the Nicholas Drive culvert, Symphony Drive residential development, 670 King Street pool, Lewis Street subdivision, and 47 Partridge Street projects, citing outstanding peer reviews, wetland delineations, and missing state permits. The Commission approved a minor buffer zone fence at 5 Oak Tree Lane with a condition requiring a minimum ten-foot setback from the property line and extended a ninety-day enforcement order for 8 Bogastow Brook Lane.
All votes were unanimous, with member Richard Johnson absent.
