Franklin Conservation Commission approves wetland permit for Partridge Street project, continues culvert repair. The commission unanimously approved a Notice of Intent for 47 Partridge Street with conditions requiring invasive species management, compensatory flood storage construction, and inspection of an existing submerged fence, per Director Breeka Li Goodlander's recommendation. Two other applications were continued: a retroactive Notice of Intent for Nicholas Drive/Prospect Street culvert emergency repairs, pending BETA Peer Review response to November comments, and a 110 Populatic Street residential addition that requires Zoning Board of Appeals approval before the conservation director issues conditions.
The commission also voted unanimously to extend enforcement action for 305 Union Street for 90 days.
