FRANKLIN — Conservation Commission approves three notices of intent at January hearing. The commission closed public hearings and voted unanimously to approve NOIs for 1199 West Central Street and 80 Spring Street. For 444 East Central Street, a TAG Central LLC project, the commission approved the NOI 6-0-1 after Director of Conservation Breeka Li Goodlander and applicant A.J.

Alevizos negotiated final special conditions covering erosion controls, monitoring, and operations plans; Alevizos provided a $1,935.52 check for outstanding peer review fees during the hearing. Two additional NOIs, Nicholas Drive/Prospect Street Culvert Repair and Symphony Drive/Tanglewood Estates, were continued to February 12, pending peer review completion.
