FRANKLIN — The Franklin 250th Anniversary Celebration Committee approves new logo with one dissent. The committee voted 11-1 on the logo (Debbie Pellegri dissenting) and unanimously authorized the Event subcommittee to expend up to $9,400 on anniversary merchandise for resale. The committee also unanimously approved norms and values guidance and a meeting time policy.
