Franklin Conservation approves Anchorage Road project, continues three hearings to September 10. Chair Mark LePage and the seven-member Commission unanimously approved a Notice of Intent for 23 Anchorage Road with standard conditions. Three other environmental reviews were continued: applications for 110 Populatic Street, an emergency culvert replacement at Nicholas Drive/Prospect Street, and a water and sewer connection project at 78 Populatic Street representing a 1.37-acre residential property.

Conservation Director Breeka Li Goodlander requested supplemental documentation on the 78 Populatic Street application, noting concerns about the removal of 22 trees (with six replacements) and potential disturbance to wetland buffer zones.
