FRANKLIN — The Franklin Board of Assessors presented general income valuation information and overlay account data to the Finance Committee at a joint meeting on January 14. Chair Chris Feeley and member Cheryl Hanly answered questions from Finance Committee members during the session. Kevin W.
Doyle, Director of Assessing, was present. Written valuation and overlay materials were later provided to Finance Committee members through their chair. The Board adjourned and scheduled its next meeting for Monday, March 30, 2026.
