The commission voted unanimously to approve November minutes and agreed to request a meeting with Town Administrator Jamie Hellen to discuss possible use of Schmidt's Farm land, making Franklin a Right-to-Farm town, and creating a town canning center, with Chair Marian Szymanski tasked with scheduling.
